TERMS

Terms of service

Terms for submitting drawings and using PDF2CAD. Last updated: 19 July 2026.

Service

PDF2CAD converts PDF drawings into CAD formats and may provide file assessment, cleanup, manual redrawing, revisions or related technical drawing services. The available method depends on the source file.

Assessment and quotations

Submitting a file does not automatically authorise paid manual work. If manual conversion or redrawing is needed, a quotation may be provided before that work starts. Prices, scope, delivery time and payment conditions stated in an accepted quotation take precedence for that project.

Source quality and accuracy

Conversion quality depends on the PDF. Scans, compressed files and incomplete drawings may contain insufficient information. Customers must verify scale, dimensions, geometry and suitability before using an output for design, fabrication, construction or compliance purposes.

Your responsibility

You confirm that you have the right to upload and process the submitted material. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or information you are prohibited from sharing.

Downloads and availability

Private result links may expire after seven days. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. The website may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PDF2CAD is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or decisions made without independently checking the converted drawing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
