Information we process
When you submit a conversion request, we process the uploaded PDF, your email address, requested output format, technical request information such as IP address and an approximate location derived from it, and the files and status information created during conversion.
Why we process it
We use this information to receive and process the request, provide a secure result link, communicate about manual work or a quotation, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Uploaded drawings
Only upload files you are authorised to share. Result links are designed to be private and expire after seven days. Anyone who receives the complete result link may be able to access the result during that period, so keep it confidential.
Analytics and advertising
The website uses privacy-focused traffic analytics to understand site usage. Optional Google Ads measurement and Google advertising services load only after you accept optional cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can change the choice through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Sharing and security
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process requests, provide analytics or advertising, or when required by law. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect files, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing or ask for data portability. Contact info@pdf2cad.org and include the request number when available.
