3. User Obligations
Users agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to the upload of malicious content, violation of intellectual property rights, or any other activity that may harm PDF2CAD or its users.
4. Data Security

5. Payment

Users may cancel their conversion request before the process begins. Once the conversion has started, cancellation is not possible. Refunds will be issued in accordance with PDF2CAD's refund policy.

Users retain ownership of the intellectual property contained in the uploaded PDF files. PDF2CAD retains no rights to use, modify, or distribute the converted CAD or DWG files beyond the scope of the conversion service.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination
